摘要
实现可持续发展是我国科学发展观的核心目标,它要求自然、社会、科技和经济能够和谐共存,实现全面、协调的发展。中国的空气污染日益加剧,为了解决这一问题,政府正努力推进节能减排,并强调各个领域,特别是交通运输行业,必须认真落实环保措施,以确保空气质量的持续改善。随着高速铁路的出现,它以其快捷、环保、安全、准时的优势,为人们的出行带来了极大的便利,并且在中国迅猛发展。为了降低高速铁路对环境的不利影响,我们应该深入研究它们的碳排放特征。本文站在低碳经济的视角对高铁开通,要素集聚对于碳减排的影响进行研究分析。选取人口,经济,投资作为控制变量,高铁是否开通作为解释变量,二氧化碳的排放量作为被解释变量构建拓展了模型,利用STATA软件对面板数据多次分组进行回归。总结了我国高铁沿线城市碳排放的经验与规律,并针对研究中发现的问题提出了相应的总结与建议。

Abstract
Achieving?sustainable?development?is?the?core?goal?of?Chinas?scientific?development?concept,?which?requires?the?harmonious?coexistence?of?nature,?society,?technology,?and?economy?to?achieve?comprehensive?and?coordinated?development.?Chinas?air?pollution?is?becoming?increasingly?severe.?In?order?to?solve?this?problem,?the?government?is?making?efforts?to?promote?energy?conservation?and?emission?reduction,?and?emphasizes?that?various?fields,?especially?the?transportation?industry,?must?seriously?implement?environmental?protection?measures?to?ensure?continuous?improvement?of?air?quality.?With?the?emergence?of?high-speed?railways,?they?have?brought?great?convenience?to?peoples?travel?due?to?their?advantages?of?speed,?environmental?protection,?safety,?and?punctuality,?and?have?rapidly?developed?in?China.?In?order?to?reduce?the?adverse?impact?of?high-speed?railways?on?the?environment,?we?should?conduct?in-depth?research?on?their?carbon?emission?characteristics.?This?article?analyzes?the?impact?of?high-speed?rail?opening?and?factor?agglomeration?on?carbon?emissions?reduction?from?the?perspective?of?a?low-carbon?economy.?Population,?economy?and?investment?are?selected?as?control?variables,?whether?high-speed?railway?is?opened?or?not?is?taken?as?explanatory?variable,?and?carbon?dioxide?emissions?are?taken?as?explanatory?variables?to?build?and?expand?the?model.?Multiple?grouping?regression?of?panel?data?is?conducted?using?STATA?software.?Summarized?the?experience?and?patterns?of?carbon?emissions?in?cities?along?Chinas?high-speed?rail?line,?and?proposed?corresponding?summaries?a
