Introduction:
Thisagreementismadeon[Dateoftheagreement]byandamongPartyA,PartyB,andPartyC,whereinPartyCagreestoprovideacreditguaranteetoPartyAinconnectionwiththeborrowingoffundsfromPartyB.
Article1:DefinitionsandInterpretation:
1.1CreditGuaranteemeanstheundertakingbyPartyCtocompensatePartyBforanylossincurredbyPartyBasaresultofPartyAsfailuretorepaytheLoaninaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.
1.2LoanmeansthesumofmoneyborrowedbyPartyAfromPartyBunderthetermsofthisAgreement.
1.3GuaranteePeriodmeanstheperiodduringwhichPartyCsguaranteeisineffect,whichshallbe[Specificdurationoftheguaranteeperiod].
Article2:CreditGuarantee:
2.1PartyCherebyguaranteestoPartyBthatPartyAwillrepaytheLoaninfullandontimeinaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.
2.2IntheeventthatPartyAfailstorepaytheLoaninfullorontime,PartyCagreestocompensatePartyBforanylossincurredbyPartyBasaresultofsuchfailure.
Article3:LoanTerms:
3.1TheLoanshallberepaidinfullon[Specificdateofrepayment].
3.2TheinterestrateontheLoanshallbe[Specificinterestrate].
3.3PartyAagreestopayallcostsandexpensesassociatedwiththeborrowingandrepaymentoftheLoan,includingbutnotlimitedto[Specificcostsandexpenses].
