Inconsiderationofthemutualpromisesandagreementsmadebybothparties,thefollowingtermsandconditionsareherebysetoutfortheconstructionofavessel:

Article1:ContractScope

ThiscontractstipulatesthetermsandconditionsfortheconstructionofavesselwithitsspecificspecificationsanddetailsaslistedintheSchedulesattachedtothiscontract.

Article2:ContractPrice

Thetotalcontractpricefortheconstructionofthevesselshallbe[InsertPrice].ThepaymenttermsandscheduleshallbeaspertheSchedulesattachedtothiscontract.

Article3:ConstructionSchedule

TheconstructionofthevesselshallbecompletedwithintheagreedtimelineasstatedintheSchedules,subjecttotherequirementsandregulationssetbytheinternationalshipbuildingindustry.Anydelayinthescheduleshallbemutuallyagreedinwriting.

Article4:TechnicalRequirementsandSpecifications

ThevesselshallbeconstructedaccordingtothetechnicalspecificationsandstandardsasoutlinedintheSchedules.PartyBshallensurethatthevesselmeetsallapplicableinternationalsafetyandenvironmentalregulations.

Article5:PaymentTerms

PaymentshallbemadeinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsstatedinArticle2,includinganydownpayments,progresspayments,andfinalpayment.LatepaymentsmayresultinpenaltiesaspertheSchedulesattachedtothiscontract.

Article6:DeliveryandInspection

ThevesselshallbedeliveredtoPartyAatthedesignatedport,subjecttosuccessfulcompletionofallnecessaryinspectionsandtests.AnydefectsordiscrepanciesnotedduringinspectionshallberectifiedbyPartyBatitscost.
