【摘要】目的：分析对重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者实施无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗的临床疗效。方法：使用随机数字表分组法将本院ICU科室2021年5月—2023年5月期间收治的80例重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者分成两组，各40例，对照组患者实施ICU常规治疗，治疗组患者联合无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，治疗组的治疗优良率、PaO2及氧合指数高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的PaCO2、WBC、PCT及CRP低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：ICU治疗中使用无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的效果较高，能改善和恢复机体的血清指标及氧合功能，缓解患者的不适和症状，加速患者康复进程。
