基于JavaWeb的办公自动化系统的设计与实现

摘要

从古代的以物易物进行交易，到如今繁华的市场交易，人类的商业模式和发展也逐渐变得多样和庞大，从最初的个人经营到现在的庞大人员架构的企业模式，也标志着人类商业发展的跨入一段新的历史，随着我国社会进入到高度信息化的时代当中，企业内部的信息交流和管理也发生了翻天覆地的变化，从以往的人工手动信息记录登记和远走请示，到后来计算机的出现方便了信息的记录处理，再到现如今的信息化记录和线上的远程信息处理，都标志着如今信息化发展给员工办公带来的变化，企业内部的沟通从以往的缓慢不流通变成畅通高效，让员工的工作积极性得到了极大的提升，也保证了企业内部的沟通得到了良性的发展，让企业在不断地进行扩张的同时也能够很好地保证了内部架构的平稳性，事实证明企业的发展是离不开内部稳定的信息流通的，企业的对外扩展只能保证企业能够抢占到足够的市场份额，但是却不能保证企业的内部能够消化，因为企业内部上下层没有足够的信息交流则会导致企业内部架构的不稳定，在企业向外扩展的时候很容易导致企业根基不稳，对企业的发展是毁灭性打击。

本系统采用了javaweb的技术，使用的是经过多年验证和众多项目实践的SSM框架，从用户的实际体验出发，设计构建一套完整的员工办公管理系统，帮助企业内部更好地进行信息的上下传递，构成良好的企业内部信息传递体系。

Abstract
