2.Thetaskofdocumentmanagement

1、通用职责

(1)Generalresponsibility

（1）工程资料应随工程进度同步收集、整理并按规定移交。

Documentsrelatedtotheprojectshouldbecollected,sortedandpassedinaccordancewithrules,whichshouldbealignedwiththecourseoftheconstructionproject.

（2）工程资料应实行分级管理、由建设单位、监理、施工单位主管（技术）负责人组织本单位工程资料的全过程管理工作。

Thedocumentsshouldbemanagedthroughamultiple-tierapproach.Theexecutivesoftechnologyinconstructionsideofemployer,supervisionpartyandconstructionsideofcontractorareresponsibleforthemanagementofthefilesduringthewholeprocess.;2、施工单位职责(2)Responsibilitiesoftheconstructionorganization

（1）应负责施工资料的管理工作，实行技术负责人负责制，逐级建立健全施工资料管理岗位责任制。

（2）应负责汇总各分包单位编制的施工资料，分包单位对施工资料的真实性、完整性和有效性负责。

Beresponsibleforsummarizingtheconstructioninformationpreparedbyeachsubcontractingcompany,whichisresponsiblefortheauthenticity,integrityandvalidityoftheconstructioninformation.

（3）应负责编制两套施工资料，其中移交城建档案馆一套，建设单位自行保存一套。

Beresponsibleforcompilingtwosetsofconstructionfiles.Oneforurbanconstructionarchives,theotherfortheconstructionparty.

（4）建筑工程实行总承包的，施工总承包单位对施工资料总体负责，专业承包单位对承包范围内的施工资料负责。专业承包单位将承包范围的施工资料收集、整理、组卷后移交施工总承包单位，由施工总承包单位汇总后移交建设单位。
