AbstractObjective：ToanalyzetheimportanceandconstraintsofInternet+nursingamongnursesintertiary，secondaryandprimary
hospitalsinShanghai，andtoprovidecountermeasuresandsuggestionsforpromotingInternet+nursingservices.Methods：Atotalof36
clinicalnursesormanagersfrom2third⁃levelgeneralhospitals，2third⁃levelspecializedhospitals，2second⁃levelgeneralhospitalsand3
first⁃levelhospitals（communityhealthservicecenters）inShanghaiwereselectedforsemi⁃structuredinterviews.Thecontentofinterview
datawasanalyzedbyusingthethree⁃levelcodingmethodandtheprojectmapandmatrixcodinganalysisofNVivo12Plussoftware.
Results：Atotalof3level1nodes，whichwereimportance，constraintsandcountermeasures，13level2nodesand11level3nodeswere
derivedfromtheanalysis.Accordingtothenumberofreferencepoints，theimportancewasreflectedinthewell⁃beingoftheserviceob⁃
ject，thevalueofnursesandthedevelopmentofthehospital.Themainconstraintsaresecurity，manpower，policyandplatform.Theorderof
countermeasuresandsuggestionsismainlyservicepricing，serviceitem，servicesecurity，servicestandard，serviceplatformandservice
object.Throughthecomparisonandanalysisoftheframeworkmatrix，theconstraintsofInternet+nursingservicesinhospitalsofdifferent
levelsandthefocusofcountermeasuresandsuggestionsaredifferent.Conclusion：Theconstraints
