1、福建地道药材泽泻种质复壮与种苗繁育技术

种子质量是发展泽泻的瓶颈，泽泻种子寿命短，常温下1年几乎
丧失发芽能力，且种质退化严重，植株生长与药材质量参差不齐产量
低下。经种质复壮种子发芽率不低于78%、矮缩株不低于30%、千粒
重不低于0.22g；繁育种苗38-45天苗高8-18cm、无病斑、无虫蛀、
心芽完整、展开真叶保持有5片以上为合格种苗，实现稳产丰产，药
材质量达到国家药典标准。
ThequalityofAlismaorientaliseedisthekeyrestrictivefactor.The
seedhasashortlife-span,almostlosesthegerminatingabilityinroom
temperatureinoneyear.Germplasmdegeneratesseriously,theplant
growesirregularly,andtheyieldandqualityofAlismaorientaliislow.
Withseedqualityrejuvenation,thegerminationpercentageisnotless
than78%,thedwarfspercentagearenotlessthan30%,thethousandgrain
weightisnotlessthan0.22g.With38-45daysofbreeding,thequalified
seedlingiswiththeheightof8-18cm,integratedbud,andmorethan5true
leafs,withoutdiseaseandpestspeckle.Thus,theyieldofAlismaorientali

鱼腥草是一种具有多种药用功能的中药材，以生产注射剂为主，
根茎叶还可作为蔬菜食用，应用广泛，但在种植过程容易遭受多种病
虫为害，造成不同程度损失。生态防治建立严格防病的种茎基地、杜
绝初侵染源，采用微生物制剂、捕食螨等生态防治技术既避免农药、
重金属污染又可达到净化环境目的，满足生产GAP药材的要求。
