一、租船事项

二、租船期限

乙方应确保货物在整个航行过程中得到妥善装载、固定和处理。
5.2PartyAshallensuresafecarriageofthecargoandcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsrelatedtocargohandling.
甲方应确保货物的安全运输，并遵守与货物处理相关的所有适用法律和法规。
六、违约责任
Ifanypartyfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthiscontract,theotherpartyshallbeentitledtoclaimcompensationforanylossesincurred.若任何一方未能履行本合同下的义务，另一方有权就产生的任何损失要求赔偿。
