ThisContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasofJanuary1,2025(theEffectiveDate),byandbetweenthefollowingparties:

1.Services

1.4StandardofPerformance.PartyAagreestoperformtheServicesinaprofessionalandworkmanlikemanner,usingreasonablecare,skill,anddiligence.

2.Compensation
