in1999.TheStandardwaspartiallychangedtomeettheactualconditionsofNissanandRenault.

Theareaswithdottedunderlinesaredifferentfromtheoriginalinternationalstandard.

1.SCOPE

ThisStandardspecifiesthespecificationofvariousmachinescrews(hereinafterreferredtoasmachine

screw)madeofcarbonsteel,alloysteelandvariousstainlesssteels.Themachinescrewspecificationof

strengthclass4TnotspecifiedintheoriginalinternationalstandardshallbeinaccordancewiththeAP-

PENDIX.

Remark:MaterialsandsurfacetreatmentofthepartsspecifiedinthisStandardmustconformtoNESM

0301(SubstanceUseRestrictions).
