南通大学土木工程毕业设计

摘要

本次毕业设计的内容为钢筋混凝土框架结构办公楼，建筑面积约为3931m2，共6层。设

计的内容主要包括建筑设计、结构设计两部分。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计

任务书的要求，综合考虑使用功能、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。着重解决

建筑布置与各种细部构造，最终确定设计方案，绘制出建筑施工图。结构设计是在建筑物初

步设计的基础上确定结构方案。在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后，选取了一榀框架进行计

算，计算内容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组

合、配筋计算等等。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求，具有一定的合理性。在完成结

构部分的手算之后，还应用PKPM软件进行电算，并与手算结果进行对比，对配筋进行修改，

并绘制出各楼层梁、板、柱、基础、楼梯的结构施工图。

includesframebeam-columnsectionsizeselection,thelineofthestiffness

computation,loadcalculation,calculationofinternalforce,combinationof

internalforces,reinforcementcalculationetc.Thewholeschemeisinaccordance

withbasicrequirementsofthedesignandstructureandhascertainrationality.

Aftercompletingthehandofthestructuralpart,PKPMstructuralanalysissoftware

isalsousedtocalculatetheentirestructureandthestructuraldocuments.
