五味消渴方对2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群及炎症因子的影响

[摘要]?目的?探討五味消渴方对2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群及炎症因子的影响。方法?选取嘉兴市中医医院住院治疗的2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者92例，随机分为治疗组和对照组46例。对照组采用基础治疗+二甲双胍，治疗组在对照组基础上联用五味消渴方，观察对比两组临床疗效、肠道菌群和炎症因子水平变化。结果?两组患者分配均衡，基线状况良好，可比性强。治疗后，治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.30%、78.26%，治疗组优于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后，治疗组患者的拟杆菌、乳杆菌以及双岐杆菌群数量均高于对照组（P0.05）；肠球菌、肠杆菌以及酵母菌群数量均低于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后，治疗组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平降低均较对照组更明显（P0.05）。结论?五味消渴方有助于改善患者的临床症状，调节肠道菌群，降低炎症因子水平，且具有较好的安全性。
