Uponterminationorexpirationofthisagreementoruponrequestofthedisclosingparty,thereceivingpartyshallreturnallwrittenmaterialscontainingconfidentialinformationtothedisclosingpartyordestroysuchmaterialsinamannerthatensurestheycannotbereconstructed.Thereceivingpartyshallalsodeleteallelectroniccopiesofconfidentialinformationinitspossessionandensurethattheycannotbeaccessedorreconstructed.
六、违约责任
Ifeitherpartybreachesanyofthetermsofthisagreement,thebreachingpartyshallbeliableforalldamagessufferedbytheotherpartyasaresultofsuchbreach,includingbutnotlimitedtoactualdamages,lostprofits,andreasonableattorneyfees.Inaddition,thebreachingpartyshallberequiredtopayapenaltyequaltotwicetheamountofanyprofitsitmadefromthebreach.
七、适用法律和管辖权
