随着现代物流不断地发展，仓储这块内容被越来越多的企业公

司所重视。它们为了适应日趋激烈的市场竞争，需要对自身的经营

状况有充分的了解，并通过有效的管理不断提高效率。因此，对仓

储的管理也成为提高企业生产经营效率的一个重要途径。

所以许多企业利用现代管理技术比如“仓储ABC分类管理法”将管

理目标贯穿于系统地经济活动中，最大限度地减少内耗与浪费以及

囤积，抓重点保一般，从繁杂的物资品种规格中理出主线，以点带

面控制一般，全面系统地把业务流程有机地协调与控制，以最快的

流转速度合理的占用资金，使企业资源合理配置合理流动。同时通

过平衡采购成本和库存持有成本，通过确定最佳的订货批量来实现

最低总库存成本的方法，其目标是使物料的年度总成本最低。降低

物资存储费用和物资运输费用，适时、快速、高效充分发挥物资供

应的效用，提高了物资管理水平，有力地保证了公司销售物资的需

求。

但是随着竞争越来越激烈，涉及研究的对象很多时候，ABC分类管

理法就显不适合。现在如何改进个经典的管理法则就成为了当务之

急。本论文针对宁波北仑大润发超市展开调查，从而得出ABC分类

管理法的不足处，以及就该如何改进提出个人的想法。
