transportationresourcesarebecomingmoreandmoretight,butthetransportationcostofmajor
cargoesishighandlowprofit.Underthecurrentsituationthattheoffshoreindustryemphasizes
theconcernofcostreductionandefficiency,itisimperativetodevelopthelightweightand
economyofmarinesecuringwork.However,thedesignofsecuringstructureathomeand
abroadstillremainsatthestageofexperienceoptimization.Atthesametime,theschemesafety
ofheavyandoversizecargoshippingtransportationistheareathatneedstobefocusedon.
Nowadays,thedesignandsafetyverificationofmarinesecuringschemehasattractedthe
attentionofshipbuildingenterprisesasthestructuralstrengthandstabilitysafetyarepaidmore
andmoreattention.Thesafetyverificationalsohastheproblemofover-complicatedfinite
elementsimulationandinsufficientspecification.Therefore,itisofcertaineconomicvalueand
engineeringsignificancetochecktheforceandoptimizethestructureoftherigidsecuring
toolingforheavyandoversizecargoesintheseatransportationstage.Inthispaper,numerical
simulationandspecificationarecombinedtodecoupleandoptimizethewholeprocessof
securingschemedesign.Themainworkcontentsandresultsareasfollows.
Duetotheimperfectionandinconsistencyofthespecificationsrelatedtosecuringscheme,
thispaperfirstsummarizesandconcludesthespecificationsapplicabletorigidsecuringscheme
intheprocessdesignprocess.Fortheactualproductionprocess,thedesignofthesecuring
toolingmainlyoccursintheproductiondesignstage.
