Thiscourseisprimarilydesignedtointroduceallmasters(MACC,MBT,FINE,ECON,etc.)and
Ph.D.studentstocorporatefinance.Itexplainstheprocedures,practicesandpoliciesbywhich
financialmanagerscontributetothesuccessfulperformanceoforganization.Thecoursealso
