摘要

我国进入二十一世纪以来，互联网的发展一日千里，电子商务也顺应时代潮流应运而生，伴随着“互联网+”的智慧体系的逐渐成熟，电商行业迎来了发展的新契机，诞生了一大批电商平台，其中“得物”在众多优质电商平台中，以其活跃用户、新增用户、GMV等数据均领先于国内相关领域其它平台，获得了诸多消费者的肯定。而其新颖的“社区+电商”双业务运营模式，更是吸引了大波的年轻人，同时也为各类潮流品牌的发售和运营提供了个性化的销售平台。

本文主要从“得物”平台的运营模式为研究对象，通过文献法、数据分析法、竞品比较法等研究方法，从社交电商相关理论和发展现状等多个维度展开了分析，特别针对得物电商平台的运营现状进行了深入的研究，对得物平台运营核心能力也进行了阐述，并将得物平台的运营模式同主要竞品进行了比较分析，旨在发现得物电商平台可能存在的问题，根据相关问题提出优化对策，最终对“得物”电商平台未来的发展趋势做出了相应的总结与展望。

Abstract

SinceChinaenteredthe21stcentury,thedevelopmentoftheInternetisfast,ande-commercealsofollowsthetrendofTheTimes.WiththegradualmaturityoftheintelligentsystemofInternet+,e-commerceindustryusheredinanewopportunityfordevelopment,givingbirthtoalargenumberofe-commerceplatforms,amongwhichDewuisamongmanyhigh-qualitye-commerceplatforms.Itsactiveusers,newusers,GMVandotherdataareaheadofotherplatformsinrelatedfieldsinChina,andithaswonrecognitionfrommanyconsumers.Anditsnovelcommunity+e-commercedualbusinessoperationmodehasattractedalargewaveofyoungpeople,butalsoprovidesapersonalizedsalesplatformforthesaleandoperationofvariousfashionbrands.
