I.ObjectivesoftheLegalProfessionalQualificationSystem

II.RequirementsforLegalProfessionalQualification
TobecomealegalprofessionalinChina,individualsmustmeetthefollowingrequirements:
1.Nationality:ApplicantsmustbeChinesecitizens.
2.Age:Applicantsmustbeatleast18yearsold.
3.Education:Applicantsmusthavecompletedabachelorsdegreeoraboveinlaworarelatedfield.
4.Health:Applicantsmustbephysicallyandmentallyfittopracticelaw.
III.TypesofLegalProfessionalQualification
InChina,therearethreetypesoflegalprofessionalqualifications:
1.LawyerQualification
2.JudicialOfficerQualification
3.LegalProfessionalQualificationforPublicInstitutions
