互联网保险发展的问题及对策

摘要

随着互联网的普及和技术的发展，2015年3月李克强总理提出“互联网+”行动计划，并于同年7月经李克强总理批准国务院印发《关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》，让互联网与传统行业深度融合继而创造出新的生态。互联网保险产品以其相较传统营销模式下低廉的营销成本得以使其快速发展起来。2015年互联网保险保险费收入较2014年同比增长160%。2016年国务院印发《互联网保险风险专项整治工作实施方案》。被规范的互联网保险市场保险费收入也因此出现了下跌。即便经过了2017年的负增长，2018年互联网保险保险费收入较2017年也同比增长0.7467%。在互联网保险的蓬勃发展下，也因此产生了一系列问题。为此本论文以互联网保险发展问题及对策为研究课题，对互联网保险发展过程中产生的一系列问题、矛盾和解决对策进行分析，包括但不限于互联网保险产品同质化问题、服务质量问题、信息安全问题和法律法规问题等，以及对这些问题解决的对策，包括但不限于鼓励创新、提高从业人员专业素养。完善信息安全和相关法律法规的制定等，以期对我国互联网保险的发展起到积极促进之作用。

Abstract

WiththepopularizationoftheInternetandthedevelopmentoftechnology,inMarch2015PremierLiKeqiangputforwardtheInternetPlusactionplan,andinJulyofthesameyear,PremierLiKeqiangapprovedtheStateCouncilissuedguidanceontheactivepromotionofInternetplusaction,sothattheInternetandtraditionalindustriesdeeplyintegratedandthencreateanewecology.Internetinsuranceproductscandeveloprapidlywiththeirlowmarketingcostcomparedwiththetraditionalmarketingmodel.Internetinsurancepremiumincomeincreasedby160%year-on-yearin2015comparedto2014.In2016,theStateCouncilissuedtheImplementationPlanfortheSpecialRectificationofInternetInsuranceRisks.PremiumincomeintheregulatedInternetinsurancemarkethasalsofallenasaresult.Andevenafternegativegrowthin2017,Internetinsurancepremiumincomein2018increasedby0.7467%year-on-yearcomparedto2017.WiththevigorousdevelopmentofInternetinsurance,aseriesofproblemshavearisenasaresult.Tothisend,thispapertakesthedevelopmentofInternetinsuranceandcountermeasuresastheresearchtopic,analyzesaseriesofproblems,contradictionsandsolutionsarisingfromthedevelopmentofInternetinsurance,Including,butnotlimitedto,homogenizationofInternetinsuranceproducts,qualityofservice,informationsecurityissu
