摘要
本课题以某尼龙外壳的模具设计为研究对象，设计一套尼龙外壳的模具。通过对给定零件的结构分析、成型方法的分析、加工工艺及效率的分析，选择塑料模具的结构形式及运动原理及机构组成。通过机构及零部件CAD设计与计算等过程，来培养学生设计、计算、制图及计算机应用能力，以提高分析与解决工程实际问题的能力。
本设计介绍了尼龙外壳注射成型的基本过程，对注塑产品提出了基本的设计原则；详细介绍了塑件成型工艺设计，注射机的选择，浇注系统的的设计，成型零件的结构设计，脱模推出机构的设计，冷却系统的设计的过程。通过本次设计，使我掌握了注塑模具设计的全过程，同时也提高了运用CAD绘制复杂装配图的能力。并加以指导老师的指导，受益匪浅。

Abstract
Thistopictocoverapositioningmoulddesignastheresearchobject,designasetofpositioningcovermould.Throughanalyzingthestructureofagivenpartofanalysis,modelingmethod,theanalysisoftheprocessingtechnologyandefficiency,selectionofplasticmoulddesignofformandthemovementprincipleandinstitutions.ThroughinstitutionsandpartssuchasCADdesignandcalculationprocess,tocultivatethestudentsdesign,calculation,drawingandcomputerapplicationability,inordertoimprovetheabilitytoanalysisandsolvepracticalengineeringproblems.
Thisdesignintroducesthepositioningcoverthebasicprocessofinjectionmolding,thedesignofinjectionmoldingproductsputforwardthebasicprinciples;Introducedtheplasticformingprocessdesign,thechoiceofinjectionmachine,gatingsystemdesign,thestructuraldesignofmoldingparts,demouldingmechanismofthelaunch,theprocessofthedesignofthecoolingsystem.Throughthisdesign,Icontrolthewholeprocessoftheinjectionmoulddesign,butalsoimprovestheabilitytouseCADdrawingcomplexassemblydrawing.Andtoguidetheteachersguidance,benefitalot.
