1.DownloadtheRaritanRemoteClientfileontoaclientmachine.Thefileisavailableon

theSupportsectionofthewebsiteontheCommandCenterSecureGateway

FirmwareUpgradearea.

2.LogintoCommandCenter.

3.Inthe“Administration”menuthenselectApplicationssubmenu.

4.Clickonthedropdownbuttonandinthe“Applicationname”fieldselectRaritanRemote

Client(RRC).IfRRCisnotpresentinthe“Applicationnamedropdownmenuusethe

followingstepstoaddit:

•ClickAdd

•SpecifyApplicationName

•SelecttheDeviceType/Interfacefromtheavailablelist(ex:DominionKX2:

KVM)andclicktheAddbuttontomovetotheSelectedarea

•ClickOK

5.Selectthe“Browse”buttoninthe“Location”field.Browseandselectthefileyouhad

previouslydownloadedontheclientmachine.

6.Clickon“Open”andverifythatthefilepathinthe“Location”fieldiscorrect.

7.7.Clickthe“Upload”buttonlocatedunderneaththe“Browse”button.

8.Selectthe“Update”buttonlocatedatthebottomofthewindow.

9.Click“OK”intheInfowindowtoupdateRRC.
