家庭医生签约服务模式在社区糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：分析家庭医生签约服务模式在社区糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年2月—2023年3月

于北京市西城区天桥社区卫生服务中心就诊的糖尿病患者210例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=105）

和干预组（n=105）。对照组实施常规管理，干预组在对照组基础上实施家庭医生签约服务模式。比较两组血糖水平、自我

管理能力、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果：干预后，两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低，且干预组低于对照

组（P＜0.05）。干预后，两组自我管理能力、生活质量评分升高，且干预组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预组并发症总发生率

低于对照组（P=0.038）。结论：家庭医生签约服务模式在社区糖尿病患者管理中的应用效果显著，有助于降低血糖水平，

提高患者自我管理能力和生活质量，减少并发症。

AbstractObjective:Toanalyzetheapplicationeffectoffamilydoctorcontractservicemodelinmanagementofdiabetespatients

incommunity.Methods:Atotalof210diabetespatientswhovisitedtheTianqiaoCommunityHealthServiceCenterinXicheng

DistrictofBeijingbetweenFebruary2020andMarch2023wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theyweredividedintoacontrol
