High-bandwidthdensityandenergy-efficientreadoutinterfacesconnectingthesuperconduc-torelectronic(SCE)integratedcircuits(IC)withroom-temperatureenvironmentsarees-sentialforemergingquantumandclassicalsuperconductingcomputingapplications,whichmotivatethedesignofcryogenicopticallinks.

Thisworkaddressesfourchallengesinthiscommunicationlink.First,acomprehensivelinkmodel,whichconsistsofsuperconductorandsemiconductorelectronic/photoniccom-ponents,isbuilttoanalyzetheperformanceandenergyefficiencyofthelink.The
