NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromiseshereincontained,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.ScopeofWork

TheContractoragreestoperformthefollowingservices(theServices)fortheClient:

-TheContractorshalluseitsbesteffortstocompletetheServicesinaprofessionalandtimelymanner.

2.Delivery

3.FeesandPayment
