BIOLOGICALACTIVITY
⽣物活性Bimatoprostcyclohexylamide(N-Cyclohexyl-desamethylbimatoprost;17-PhenyltrinorprostaglandinF2
αcyclohexylamide)是Bimatoprost(HY-B0191)的类似物。Bimatoprostcyclohexylamide是前列腺素F2α
受体(FPreceptor)的激动剂。Bimatoprostcyclohexylamide可⽤于降低眼压和青光眼的研究。
