【摘要】针对既有建筑改造工程中的绿色施工技术与管理理念应用问题，以办公楼改造工程为例，对办公楼改造施工现状进行分

析，并探讨了办公楼改造期间的重点与难点，从建筑外围、照明系统、楼梯改造技术以及加强管理等方面，详细介绍了绿色施工技术

以及绿色施工管理理念的落实。
