ThispaperanalyzesthecausesofRMBexchangerateappreciation,expoundsthebeneficialeffects,adverseeffectsonourcoun-tryseconomicandforeigntrade,andputsfor-wardthecountermeasurestotheeffects.

PresentsituationofChineseforeigntradesurpluscontinuestoexpand,whichiscausedbyavarietyofreasons.TheappreciationofRMBexchangerateonChinaseconomy,foreigntradeimportandexportvolumeandstructurehaveaseriesofeffects,onlytotakepositiveandeffectivemeasurestomaketheeconomyofourcountryandexportenterprisestoobtainthesustainableandstabledevelopment.

1.reasonsfortheappreciationoftheRMBexchangerate

1.1Chineseandforeigninterestratedifference

Interestratepolicyisanimportanttoolofmonetarypolicy.Therateofrelativeheightwillaffectthecapitalflowdirectionisoneoftheimportantways,highinterestrateswillstimulatetheinternationalcapitalinflow,andreduceitsoutflowoffunds.Thusaffectingthescaleofinternationaltrade,makethedifferenceofinterestrateonexchangerateinfluencethetrendofcontinuousimprovement.

1.2Moneysupplysituation

RMBexchangerateandChinasmoneysupplysubstantiallypositivecorrelation,duetothedeepeningofreformandopeningup,foreigninvestorscannotonlymakeuseofcheapChineselabour,moreoptimisticaboutChinashugedomesticmarket.Therefore,foreigninvestmentincreasedsubstantially.Duetotighteningofmonetarypolicy,theRMBfundisquitenervous,theentryofforeigncapitalandforeignexchange,soappearedapparentoversupply,resultinginthetrendofRenminbirmb.
