documentstandalone_MoveKeyedLicense.pdf.
YoumayneedtomoveyourstandalonelicensefromonePCtoanother,forexample:
•WhenupgradingtoanewPC.
•Totransferthelicensefromonemachinetoanother,forexamplefromyour
desktoptoyourlaptop.
Todothis:
1.OntheoriginalPC,revokethelicense.
2.OnthenewPC,followthelicenseinstallationprocedureagain,usingthe
servercodefromtheoriginalPC.Forinstructionsoninstallingalicense,
pleaserefertothedocumentstandalone_InstallLicense.pdf.
TorevokeastandalonekeyslicenseovertheInternet
1.Right-clickontheCLSiconandfromtheshortcutmenu,selectLicense
Manager.
2.SelectStandalonefromtheActiveServerlist,right-clickandfromthe
shortcutmenuselectRevokeLicense.
3.MakeanoteofyourservercodeasthiswillberequiredonthenewPC.
4.CheckAutomaticrevocation.
5.ClickNext.
Youwillbetakenthroughsteps2-7oftherevocationprocessautomatically.
Oncecompleted,the‘RevocationConfirmation’dialogisdisyed.
6.ClickFinishtocompletetherevocation.
Thelicenseisnowrevokedandthelicensefile(lservrc)deleted.Youcannowinstall
thelicenseonanothercomputer.
