人才强国战略背景下采矿工程创新人才培养改革与实践研究
摘要：[A8][平王9]党的二十大报告中提出，“实施科教兴国战略，强化现代化建设人才支撑”，进一步明确了“深入实施人才强国战略”。在此背景下，国家对工程教育高素质人才的需求越发迫切。我国从世界人力资源大国迈入世界人才强国需要自主培养更多的采矿工程高层次创新型科技人才。创新是第一动力，创新驱动发展，以培养采矿工程专业创新型人才为目标，提出以本为本，着力推进“科教融汇[A10][平王11]”“产教融合”“文理交融”，全面提升采矿工程专业学生的创新意识和创新能力、提升学生解决复杂工程问题的能力、提升学生的人文素养和工匠精神、提升学生国际视野的“三融合四提升”教育教学改革与实践，并取得了显著成效。
