BIOLOGICALACTIVITY
⽣物活性Thienodolin(MJ286A)是⼀种在S.albogriseolus中发现的⽣物碱。Thienodolin在LPS(HY-D1056)刺激的
RAW264.7⼩⿏巨噬细胞中抑制⼀氧化氮产⽣，IC50值为17.2μM。Thienodolin抑制iNOS，阻断IκBα的
降解，减弱NF-κBp65在细胞核中的积累，并降低STAT1在Tyr701位的磷酸化⽔平。Thienodolin可⽤于炎
症研究[1]。
体外研究Thienodolin(6.25-50μM,15minpretreatment)inhibitsnitricoxideproductioninLPS(HY-D1056)-stimulated
RAW264.7cells(IC50=17.2μM)[1].
