Abstract:Smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesareanimportantpartofthenationaleconomy,whichfacilitatepeopleslivingandproductionneeds,providemorejobs,makethecountrypeacefulandpeoplesafe,peopleliveandworkinpeaceandcontentment,contributetopeopleswell-offlevel,andpromotethedevelopmentofsocialeconomy.Duetothelackofgreatersupportfromthestateandthegovernmentforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesandthedefectsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesintheirownaspects,therearemainlyproblemsinthefinancialmanagementofenterprises,suchasbackwardtechnology,difficultfinancing,insufficientcapitalandcapital,imperfectfinancialaccountingsystemofenterprises,andunclearfinancialmanagementawarenessofmanagers,whichseriouslyhinderthefurtherdevelopmentofenterprisesandarenotconducivetoChinaseconomyEconomicandsocialdevelopmentandnationalsecurity.Financialmanagementshouldfollowthebasicprincipleofcomprehensiveness.Financialmanagementactivitiesshouldservetheproductionandoperationactivitiesofenterpriseswellandeffectively,andsuperviseandcontroleverylinkofenterprisescomprehensively.ForthepuropsebetterplaytheroleofSMEs,firstofall,itisnecessarytoanalyzetheproblemsexistingintheirfinancialmanagement,findsolutionstotheproblems,whichwillcontributetothebetterdevelopmentofSMEsandenhancetheircompetitiveness.Forthepurposeimprovethefinancialmanagementofenterprises,itissuggestedtotakemeasuressuchasincreasingthesupportofthestate,broadeningthefinancingchannels,strengtheningtheexternalsupervisionandinternalcontrolsystem,strictfinancialmanagementandimprovingthemoralqualityoffinancialpersonnel.Thispapermakesasystematicanalysisofthe
