1范围

本规定了室内木质门的安装基本规定和验收规范。

本适用于室内木质门的安装与验收，亦适用于因门安装不当，门扇变形引起的争议和仲

裁。

2定义

2.1洞口净尺寸

地面、墙面最终完成面（地板、墙砖铺装完）的洞口尺寸。

2.2洞口宽度

宽度方向水平间最小距离。

2.3洞口厚度

墙体处理完毕后最小厚度。

2.4洞口高度

高度方向垂直间最小距离。

3基本规定

3.1施工前准备

3.1.1门洞的测量

木质门在设计、制作和安装前须对用户的门洞进量。测量时需要以铺完地砖或地板后的

净地面为测量基准，若地面施工未完成，要预留出地面装修材料的厚度。

1）门洞宽度的测量

水平测量门洞左右的距离，选取五个以上的测量点进量，其中最小值（减门框调整余量）为

门框外延尺寸；公差为-15mm—+15mm范围内；若五个点的实测值误差大于20mm，则

应要求用户对洞口进行修整。

2）门洞高度的测量

垂直测量门洞上下距离，选取三个以上的测量点进量，其中最小值（减门框调整余量）

为门框外延尺寸；公差为-5mm—+10mm；若三个点的实测值误差大于10mm，则应要求

用户对洞口进行修整。

3）门洞墙体厚度的测量

水平测量墙体厚度，选取五个以上的测量点进量，其中最大值为墙体厚度，如果墙面需

要装修，则门洞墙体厚度需附加装修材料的厚度，公差为0—+5mm范围内。
