ThisDesignContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[ClientsName],a[ClientsBusinessType](Client)and[DesignersName],a[DesignersBusinessType](Designer).

1.ScopeofWork

TheDesigneragreestoprovidethefollowingdesignservicestotheClient:

-ThedesignserviceswillbeperformedinaccordancewiththespecificationsandguidelinesprovidedbytheClient.

2.Deliverables

TheDesignerwilldeliverthefollowingdeliverablestotheClient:

-Thedeliverableswillbeprovidedintheformatandqualityagreeduponbybothparties.

3.Timelines

-Anyspecificdeadlinesfordeliverables.

4.FeesandPayment

-Thetotalfeeforthedesignservicesshallbe[Amount],payablein[Number]installments.

-Subsequentinstallmentsshallbepaidon[PaymentSchedule],e.g.,monthly,uponcompletionofeachdeliverable.

5.IntellectualProperty

-TheintellectualpropertyrightsinthedesignscreatedbytheDesignershallremainwiththeDesigner,exceptforthosespecificallyassignedtotheClient.

-Uponfullpaymentofthefees,theClientshallbegrantedanon-exclusive,perpetual,worldwidelicensetousethedesignsfortheintendedpurpose.

6.Confidentiality

BothpartiesagreetokeepallinformationandmaterialsexchangedunderthisContractconfidentialandnottodisclosethemtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.

7.Termination

-EitherpartymayterminatethisContractbyproviding[Number]dayswrittenno
