ThisEmploymentContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[EmployersName],a[EmployersBusinessType]incorporatedunderthelawsof[Country/City],havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[EmployersAddress](Employer),and[EmployeesName],a[EmployeesNationality]residentat[EmployeesAddress](Employee).
1.PositionandDescriptionofWork:
TheEmployeeisemployedbytheEmployerasa[EmployeesPosition],effectivefrom[StartDate]to[EndDate](unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract).
TheEmployee’sprimarydutiesandresponsibilitiesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto:

2.TermofEmployment:

3.SalaryandCompensation:
TheEmployeeshallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[SalaryAmount](theSalary),payableonthe[Payday]ofeachmonth.TheSalaryshallbesubjecttoapplicabletaxesanddeductionsasrequiredbylaw.
