炼铁2014年“质量月”活动工作总结

根据炼铁制定的质量督查活动的工作计划,炼铁完

成了以下工作：

1.2014年9月2日炼铁制定了2014年“质量月活动工作

计划”，并提交技术质量部；

2.2014年9月12日组织了炼铁第一次工程总结交流会，

会议达到预期的效果；

3.2014年9月16日组织员工系统地学习了公司2013年

版管理体系文件；

4.完成了2014年管理目标的修订，并提交技术质量部审核；

5.对照2011年版管理目标，对质量体系的运行情况进行

了检查，体系运行情况良好；

6.对龙钢5#高炉、日照3#4#高炉、日照15#16#高炉的精细化设

计成果进行了统计，详见附件；

7.检查了“炼铁现场服务总结后形成的典型案例库”的建

设和执行情况，运行情况良好；

8.向公司通讯提交了一篇“提高现场经验”的通讯；

9.检查2014年炼铁现场服务项目(设计项目、总承包项目)

的施工周报(日报)的情况，各项目均按照的要求提交施工周报

(日报)；
