1.0异常现象概述：

WPR夹爪动作超时导致机台跳手动；

2.0所使用的工具：

内六角、乳胶手套、杜邦纸、无尘布、、防护用具（防酸袖套、围裙、防酸

手套）

3.0注意事项：

（1）工作前先穿戴好防护用具；

（2）注意自身安全，操作安全；

（3）及时把槽内的片源取出冲洗，防止过泡时间过长而影响片源；

（4）在维修过程中机台切为手动，防止生产不明情况下操作机台。

4.0程序：

1、选主画面工具列的LogIn项，把用户名切为EE用户，打开机台bypass，打开

机台维修门；

2、打开所有槽盖，查看槽内有无片源，若有片源，则手动控制机械手取出片源，

若夹爪无法正常夹取，则戴上防酸手套、袖套、防酸围裙取出卡塞；

3、打开WPR上方保护盖，拔出chuck信号线，手动开关夹爪，查看夹爪动作情况
