Whenthepowerswitchison(IG),thecenterairbagsensorassemblytransmitsfrontseatinnerbeltstate

signalstothecombinationmeterassemblythroughCAN.Ifthedriverseatbeltisnotfastened,the

SBcombinationmeterassemblyblinksthedriverseatbeltwarninglight.Iftheseatbeltisfastened,the

warninglightgoesoff.

NOTICE:

TheseatbeltwarningsystemusesCAN.Beforetroubhootingtheseatbeltwarningsystem,

performCOMMUNICATIONFUNCTIONCHECKbyfollowingHOWTOPROCEEDWITH

TROUBHOOTINGtoconfirmthatthecommunicationsystemsarenormal.
