浅谈在校高职护生的职业态度调查

【摘要】目的调查在校高职护生的职业态度现状，以便有针对性的引导高职护生形成良好的职业态度观。方法采用护士职业态度量表对我院291名高职护生进行调查。结果护生总体职业态度评分～(±)，生源地及不同年级的高职护生职业态度评分无统计学意义；不同志愿选择方式护生职业态度评分之间比较：自愿选择者职业态度评分显着高于家人意愿和调剂者；喜欢护理专业的护生其职业态度评分显着高于不喜欢护理专业的护生；无转行年头的护生职业态度得分高于有转行念头的护生，差异有统计学意义。讨论在校高职护生总体职业态度较积极，职业兴趣是影响职业态度培养的主要因素。

护生职业态度就是护生本人对护理职业的看法和情感以及决定自己职业行为倾向的心理状态[1]。态度是是个人对一定对象的评价和所持的心理倾向。态度影响着一个人对事物、对他人及其各种活动作出定向选择。培养护生形成稳定、牢固的职业态度，对于稳定护士队伍、保证护理人才的有效利用和促进护理事业的发展至关重要。高职护生是未来护理队伍中的一线实用型人才，其职业态度将影响到今后护理质量的提高和护理事业的发展。为了解高职护生的职业态度，笔者于2010年6月对我院291名高职护生进行了调查，先报告如下。
