1.1IntellectualPropertymeansallright,title,andinterestinandtothefollowingintellectualpropertyownedorcontrolledbyLicensorasoftheEffectiveDate:

(a)PatentNo.[InsertPatentNumber(s)],filedon[InsertFilingDate(s)],grantedon[InsertGrantDate(s)],covering[BriefDescriptionofPatentScope],effectivein[ListCountries];

(b)TrademarkNo.[InsertTrademarkNumber(s)],registeredin[ListJurisdictions],covering[ListGoods/Services],effectivefrom[InsertRegistrationDate(s)];

(c)CopyrightRegistrationNo.[InsertCopyrightNumber(s)],covering[DescribeWork],effectivefrom[InsertRegistrationDate(s)];

(d)TechnicalSecretscomprising[DetailedDescriptionofKnow-How,Processes,Formulas,etc.],knownas[InsertCommonNameorCodeforKnow-How];

(e)Alltechnicaldocumentation,drawings,specifications,andothermaterialsrelatedtotheIntellectualPropertyreferencedabove(theDocumentation);
