我的内容主要是按老师最后复习PPT的考试要点来写。主要分为两大块，为什么要FDI，
和FDI与licensing和exporting的比较。书上的知识点很多很杂，但是YOYO同学
已经做了非常好的总结归纳，我这里就不多总结了，否则字数。。。不过大家不用担心，虽然
此notes有两千多字，但是一半都是中文解释，其实英语就勉强上1000而已。
