Eachparticipantisinvitedtoattendbest-in-classbootcamps(训练营地),explorecareersin

writing,andcompeteforexclusiveopportunitiesandglobalrecognition!HCGECprovides

exclusiveandon-demandbootcampstohelpparticipantsdevelopuniversity-levelwriting

competenciesandlearnaboutcareerpaths.

HCGECbelievesthatit’simportanttocaterto(迎合)studentswithdifferentinterests,and

thereforeprovidespromptsfromthreedifferenttracks:creative,argumentative(orpersuasive),

andjournalistic.Eachparticipantselectsapromptatthebeginningofthecompetitionandwill

submita500-word(max)essay.

Thetopfiveessaysfromeachtrackperregionwillbeinvitedtotheglobalfinalroundof

thecompetition,wherethreetopglobalwinnersforeachtrackwillbeselected.

Eachcompetitorwillbepermittedtosubmitoneessaybeforethesubmissionclosingdate.
