Acceptanceofambiguity2. Toleranceoftheimpractical3. Lowexternalcontrols4. Toleranceofrisk5. Toleranceofconflict6. Focusonendsratherthanonmeans7. OpensystemsfocusInnovativeorganizationstrainanddeveloptheirmemberstokeeptheirknowledge,skills,andabilitiescurrent;offerjobsecurityratherthanthefearofbeingfiredtopromoterisk-taking;andencourageindividualstobecomechampionsofchange.Onceanewideaisdeveloped,championsofchangepromotetheideaandbuildsupport.Then,theyovercomeresistancetotheideaandensurethattheinnovationiscompleted.Thesepersonsareselfconfident,energetic,persistent,risk-takers.Inaddition,theyhavethedecision-makingdiscretion
