ThisLeaseAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintoasof[InsertDate],byandbetween[LandlordsFullLegalName],hereinafterreferredtoasLandlord,and[TenantsFullLegalName],hereinafterreferredtoasTenant,collectivelyreferredtoastheParties.
1.PropertyDescription
Thepropertysubjecttothislease(theProperty)islocatedat[InsertFullAddressoftheProperty],whichincludesthelandandanybuildingsorstructuressituatedthereon(collectively,thePremises).
2.TermofLease
Thetermofthislease(theTerm)shallcommenceon[InsertStartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[InsertLengthofLease,e.g.,oneyear,twoyears,etc.],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.
3.Rent
TherentforthePremises(theRent)shallbe[InsertAmount]per[InsertFrequency,e.g.,month,week,etc.].Rentshallbepayableinadvanceonthe[InsertDayoftheMonth]ofeachmonth.RentshallbeconsideredlateifnotreceivedbytheLandlordbythe[InsertNumberofDays]followingtheduedate.
4.SecurityDeposit
TenantshallpaytoLandlordasecuritydeposit(theSecurityDeposit)intheamountof[InsertAmount]uponexecutionofthisAgreement.TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbyLandlordfortheTermofthisAgreementandshallberefundedtoTenantuponterminationofthelease,lessanyamountsowedtoLandlordunderthetermsofthisAgreement.
5.UseofProperty
TenantshallusethePremisessolelyfor[InsertPurpose,e.g.,residential,commercial,etc.]purposesandshallnotusethePremisesforanyillegalorimproperpurpose.
6.MaintenanceandRepairs
TenantshallkeepthePremisesingoodrepairandconditionduringtheTermofthisAgreement,exceptfornormalwearandtear.TenantshallalsomaintainallappliancesandequipmentprovidedbyLandlordingoodworkingorder.
