Abstract

Drillingrigsarewidelyusedindrillingoperationsinoilandgasfields.Duringoperation,

theloadimpactislargeandtheloadpeak-to-valleyvaluegapislarge.Thetraditionaldrilling

rigsystemisequippedwithdieselgeneratorcapacityaccordingtothepeakload,whichis

boundtocausecapacityredundancy.Inordertosolvetheproblemofcapacityredundancyof

dieselgeneratorofdrillingrig,itisaveryeffectivesolutiontoconfigurethecorresponding

energystoragesystemtostabilizetheloadofdrillingrigandrecovertheregenerativeenergy.

Atpresent,theresearchontheconfigurationofenergystoragefordrillingrigsismainly

basedonasingleenergystorage,whichcannotmeetthepowerandenergyrequirements.In

thefaceofthefactthatthepowerandenergyrequirementscannotbesatisfiedbyasingle

energystorageformatthesametime,aneffectivesolutionistouseahybridenergystorage

systemtocombineenergystoragedeviceswithdifferentadvantages.Atpresent,batteriesand

supercapacitorsarecommonlyused.Thefocusofthisstudyistoapplythehybridenergy

storagesystemtothedrillingrigmicrogrid.

Aimingattheinternalpowerdistributionproblemofthehybridenergystoragesystem,

consideringtherequirementsofthedrillingsystemforrapidresponseandreliablesupplyof
