PrincipalJobResponsibilities:
•Supportdailyandmonthlyclosingprocessesensuringthatdailyworkandfinancial
transactionsarefreefromerrorsanddeliveredondeadline.
•Ensurethattheappropriateaccountsarereconciledonamonthlybasisandthatthe
reconciliationsareattheappropriatelevelofdetailandtietothegeneralledger.
•Participateinthestatutoryauditworkwithauditorstodrawsamp,developanalysesand
othertasksneededtocompletetheannualaudit.
•ResponsibleforAccountsReceivableofretailbusiness
•Reconciledailysaamount,sasettlementandbank-inbalances
•Preparevouchersforreceivableandgeneraljournalandalsoperiodendscheduand
reports
•Preparethereportingofrevenueandstoreroll-out
•IssueVATinvoicestoconsignmentpartners
•ResponsibleforVATreconciliationandfilingmonthly
•Liaisewithexternalpartiesincludingbusinesspartners,creditcartvendors,auditorsand
bankers.
•Preparedailysaleflashreportemail
•Participateinstocktaketwiceayear
