1.ThisAgreementshallcommenceon[InsertAgreementDate]andshallremainineffectforaperiodofoneyear,endingonDecember31,2025(theTerm).

2.ThroughouttheTerm,theSupplier(Supplier)shallsupplytotheBuyer(Buyer)andtheBuyershallpurchasefromtheSupplier(Supplier)batterygradelithiumcarbonate(hereinafterreferredtoastheProduct).
3.TheProductshallconformtothefollowingspecifications:
a.ChemicalComposition:LithiumCarbonate(Li?CO?)contentshallbenotlessthan99.7%(weight/weight).Impurities,includingbutnotlimitedtoIron(Fe),shallnotexceed50ppm(partspermillion);Copper(Cu),shallnotexceed20ppm;Manganese(Mn),shallnotexceed20ppm;Sodium(Na),shallnotexceed500ppm;Calcium(Ca),shallnotexceed100ppm;Chloride(Cl?),shallnotexceed50ppm;Fluoride(F?),shallnotexceed100ppm.
b.PhysicalProperties:TheProductshallbeawhiteoroff-whitepowder.The粒度distributionshallbesuchthat90%(byweight)ofthematerialpassesthrougha45μmsieveanddoesnotexceed10%ona75μmsieve.Thebulkdensityshallbeintherangeof0.8to1.2g/cm3.Themoisturecontentshallnotexceed1.5%(weight/weight).
c.Packaging:TheProductshallbepackagedinnew,clean,andsuitablepolyethylene-linedwovenpolypropylenebags,witheachbagcontaining25kgnetweight.
