一种实用快速检测液压管接头锥面□径的装置

摘要:液压管接头的锥面□径是企业生产需要严格检验控制参数之一。由于它的小连接件结构，其□径合格性难以快速检测。

通过研究它的结构几何特性，提出一种直接测量“圆锥体某截面到端面”的距离，间接检测小连接件锥面□径的方法，并具体设计了适

用于锥角74°锥面的实例检具。该检具装置主要有定位测量部分，结构简单，操作便捷。经实验数

据测评，它能有效提高小微企业生产现场检验的准度时效。关

rts,thestructureissimple,theoperationisconvenient.Theexperimentaldatashowsthatitcaneffectivelyimprove

accuracyandefficiencyofinspectionintheproductionofsmallandmicroenterprises.
