THISCHARTERPARTYMADEBETWEEN[SHIPOWNERSFULLNAME],

OF[SHIPOWNERSREGISTRATIONPORT],HEREINAFTERCALLEDTHE

SHIPOWNER,AND[CHARTERERSFULLNAME],OF[CHARTERERS

REGISTRATIONPORT],HEREINAFTERCALLEDTHECHARTERER.

NOWHEREBYAGREESASFOLLOWS:

1.VESSEL

1.1TheShipownershallprovidetheShip,thenameof

whichis[VesselsName],ofburden[VesselsGrossTonnage],

registeredat[VesselsRegistryPort],Class[Vessels

Classification],fullyequippedandfittedforthecarriage

ofgoodsinbulk,totheChartererforonevoyageonly.

1.2TheShipshallbereadyforloadingattheLoading

Portonorbefore[ETDDate],andshallbeavailablefor

loadingandreadytosailwithin[LaycanPeriod]following

theETD.

1.3TheCharterershalltakedeliveryoftheShipatthe

LoadingPortinacleanandsoundcondition,ingoodorder

andclassification,withafullcomplementofqualifiedcrew,

andwithallcertificatesanddocumentsnecessaryforher

operationandnavigationvalidandinforce.TheCharterer

shallbearallcostsincurredbytheShipownerinmakingthe

ShipreadyfortheloadinghereunderasafloatattheLoading

PortontheETD.

2.VOYAGE

2.1TheVoyageshallbefrom[LoadingPort],orthe

nearestconvenientporttothesame,wheretheCharterermay

direct,to[DischargingPort],orthenearestconvenientport

tothesame,wheretheCharterermaydirect,tocarrythe

cargomentionedhereinbelow.

2.2Thecargotobecarriedshallbe[CargoDescription],

thequantitytobestowedandlashedbytheShipownerscrew

inaccordancewiththeirusualpractice.TheCharterershall

providetheShipownerwithallnecessarydetailsofthecargo,

includingitsnatureandproperties,atleast[Number,e.g.,

7]daysbeforeloadingcommences.

2.3TheCharterershallloadthecargoupontheShipat
