一种棒状制品预装盘装置的设计

摘要：为了提高装盘质量、减少棒料的损伤、实现高速柔性装盘，设计了一种棒料预装盘装置。该装置主要由升降机构、装盘框架、塑料盘夹持机构和动态料库组件4部分组成。由升降机构驱动安装在装盘框架上的塑料盘夹持机构和动态料库组件上下运动，配合上下游机构，以此达到棒状制品预装盘效果。实验结果表明：该棒状制品预装盘装置设计科学、结构简单、操作方便；能够实现通过机械结构来计算棒料的数量；能够应用于多种规格塑料盘的填装；提高装盘效率，减少棒料在塑料盘内堆叠不规则、损伤等现象。

Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheloadingquality,reducethedamageofthebar,andrealizehigh-speedflexibleloading,abarpreloadingdeviceisdesigned.Thedeviceismainlycomposedofaliftingmechanism,atrayloadingframe,aplastictrayclampingmechanismandadynamicmateriallibraryassembly.Theplasticdiscclampingmechanismandthedynamicmateriallibraryassemblyinstalledonthetrayloadingframearedrivenbytheliftingmechanismtomoveupanddown,andcooperatewiththeupstreamanddownstreammechanismstoachievethepreloadingeffectoftherod-shapedproducts.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthepre-loadingdeviceforrod-shapedproductshasascientificdesign,simplestructureandconvenientoperation.Itcancalculatethenumberofbarsthroughthemechanicalstructure.Itcanbeappliedtofillvariousspecificationsofplastictrays,andimprovetheloadingefficiencyandreducetheirregularstackinganddamageofbarsintheplastictray.
